This position is ideal for a motivated educator with a Graduate + B.Ed/D.Ed qualification who is committed to nurturing lifelong learners in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. *Responsibilities* - Plan, develop, and deliver age-appropriate science lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school standards. - Create interactive and hands-on learning activities, experiments, and visual aids to enhance student engagement and understanding. - Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support learning. - Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities. - Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide science initiatives. - Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages questions, exploration, and creativity. - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and classroom activities. - Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events to support continuous improvement. Requirements *Requirements* - Graduate degree in Science (B.Sc.) with a strong academic background in core science subjects. - Valid B.Ed or D.Ed certification from a recognized institution. - 1–5 years of teaching experience in primary education, preferably in science or STEM subjects. - Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based science lessons for young learners. - Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology to support teaching and learning. - Passion for teaching, child development, and fostering scientific curiosity in children. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving classroom and school needs.
