WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

Experience of one or more of the following sectors:

• Banking (including building societies)
• Wealth and asset management
• Insurance (GI, brokers or life)

Strong working knowledge of prudential risk issues, including:

• Prudential regulatory handbooks, technical instructions and applicable legislation
• Knowledge of how prudential risk processes, governance and controls are typically implemented in one or more industry sectors (see below)
• Good working knowledge of regulatory institutions, their objectives and operations
• Recent, relevant experience working either in a professional services firm delivering prudential advice or in a regulated financial services business focussed on prudential issues. Experience of internal audit processes and methodologies would also be beneficial.
• Degree level education (or equivalent experience).
• Professional qualification or working towards one e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIA, FRM etc.
