Bosch will continue to drive for greater expectations. 求人内容業務内容: JOEMプロジェクトにおいてパワートレイン用コントロールユニットのHW開発業務を担い，量産へ向けて顧客のニーズに合った最適なHWソリューションを顧客へ提案します． HWソリューションを実現するために要求分析・管理を行い，回路設計・レビュー，設計検証・妥当性確認を計画し推進を行います． HWに関する技術的なアドバイスや問題解決のサポートをプロジェクトチーム内で行います．車両を使ったシステム検証を行います．HWの性能や耐久性を確認し，品質の向上を追求します．生産工場との連携をとり，量産準備のサポートを行います．ドイツやインドなど海外拠点のメンバーとチームを構成しHWプロジェクトを推進します．資格求められる条件,能力: - 電気・電子工学の知識 - 電子回路設計の知識 - コミュニケーションスキル（日本語 N1以上・英語 TOEIC 600点以上）あれば望ましいスキル / Preferred skills: - 測定,評価スキル(例:オシロスコープ,ETASツール) - 信頼性試験に関する知識 - Control Unitの製造プロセスや品質管理の知識 - プロジェクトマネージメントスキル (経験2年以上) - 回路設計の経験 - 自動車業界での経験その他の情報 HWエンジニアとしてパワートレイン用コントロールユニット(ECU，VCU and VCCU)の開発をグローバルなチームで推進します．これまで数多くのJOEM向け上記コントロールユニットを、HW開発の主体となって世に送り出した実績のあるチームです. 国際的な業務環境のもとHWエンジニアとしてグローバルなキャリア開発ができる環境です．車両測定など，実際に開発している製品，車両に触れることができる環境です．勤務地: 横浜市都筑区牛久保 3-9-１ Location: Yokohama, Tsuzuki Ushikubo 3-9-1, Japan リモートワーク: 部署の規定と業務の状況に応じて，月50%の範囲でリモートワークを行うことが可能です． Legal Entity: Bosch Corporation
