Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Market awareness and ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Educate clients on technical aspects of solutions and integration with existing infrastructure. Build strong, ongoing relationships with prospective clients, addressing technical queries and concerns throughout the sales cycle. Provide training and support to the sales team on technical aspects of products and solutions. Perform competitive analysis and advise the sales team on effective product positioning.
