Title: PSAB ESS: Facilities AMP Manager (Secret Clearance) Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary Under the AFCAP V Program, KBR supports the U.S. Air Force by providing Engineering Support Services to the 378 ECES. These services ensure mission-critical Installation Engineering, Asset Management and Visibility, and Real Property support to the 378 AEW. In addition to Engineering Support Services at Prince Sultan Air Base, KBR also provides food services and other quality-of-life support to sustain base operations. Job Summary The Facilities AMP Manager leads asset management planning and performance oversight for PSAB facilities, including SRM, demolition, facility space accountability/space planning, housing assets, and specialized requirements such as HEMP-related considerations. Supporting the Operations Flight R&O cell, this role ensures facility portfolio investment decisions are informed by accurate SMS BUILDER inventory/assessment data and risk-based requirements planning. Roles and Responsibilities Serve as primary AMP Manager for Facilities, aligning efforts to Asset Visibility, Requirements, Planning, and Performance Provide portfolio-level leadership for facility lifecycle management: O&M, repair, sustainment, restoration, modernization, and demolition Oversee integration of Sub-AMP inputs for mechanical systems and interior utility systems (plumbing, lighting, fire alarms/suppression, interior electrical) Establish and enforce data standards and QA practices to ensure SMS/NexGen IT reflect accurate facility and RPIE inventories Validate SMS repair/replace outputs and develop prioritized requirements aligned to mission needs and investment strategies Participate in IPL and Squadron Execution Plan development; lead/participate in AMP working groups and provide required products/minutes Drive performance management through KPI evaluation (BCI/SCI targets and BUILDER confidence goals) and trend analysis Coordinate with Operations Flight shops and Engineering Flight on execution pathway decisions (organic vs project) Support root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations based on asset performance and failure trends Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university 5+ years experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and/or building automation systems Building codes and standards experience required AFIT required: WENG 200, WENG 400, WMGT 231, WMGT 417 Ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance (Key Personnel / USN requirement per PWS) Willingness to work within a KPI-driven asset management framework using BUILDER and related sustainment tools Preferred Qualifications Experience managing facility portfolios using BUILDER outputs (work plans/scenarios) and aligning to FYDP planning Experience with Uniformat II / NISTIR 6389 nomenclature and FCA methodologies Experience with space accountability/space planning or facility program optimization.
