PTO prorated dependent on start date Pay The hourly wage range for this role is $25 - $28.50 Work Schedule 1st shift Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm Overtime as needed Job Overview Maintain the facility Process Safety Management (PSM) program in accordance with Kraft Heinz Corporate Kraft Heinz Ammonia Refrigeration Management (ARM’s) program. Job Description: Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process. Coordinate and ensure all PHA’s are performed as required. Ensure PSM program is always audit ready. Ensure monthly PSM team meetings are held and documented with meeting minutes. Participate in a 3-year PSM Compliance Audit at another facility at least once every three years. Ensure follow up tracking is documented on all PHA recommendations to closure. Ensure follow up tracking is documented on all Compliance Audit “Exceptions” and “Other Corrective Actions”. Schedule and coordinate quarterly updates the facility manager and affected employees on all PHA open items. Assist facility ORM in managing the Hot Work Program and Emergency Action Plan. Ensure proper preventative maintenance procedures are written with detailed long text and revised as necessary on all ammonia equipment. Ensure operating procedures are certified annually to be current and accurate. Assist in environmental issues related to the Ammonia Refrigeration System. Provide PSM leadership across all shifts in establishing, organizing, planning and implementing PSM program and corporate ammonia initiatives. Ensure Refrigeration Operators are trained and training is documented according to the Training Element and site specific Training Total Curriculum. Revise the facility PSM program according to Kraft Heinz Corporate PSM Team revisions that are sent out periodically. Ensure appropriate PSM documentation and procedures (i.e. MOC, Line Break, and PHA) are followed on all ammonia projects. Coordinate associated ammonia best practices across the plant and facilitate continuous improvement in the Utility group. Participate in monthly Corporate PSM Coordinator conference calls. Attend the annual Kraft Heinz Ammonia Safety & Best Practices Workshop. Network with the Kraft Heinz PSM Team to remain aligned, up to date on information, and current on the direction being shared across all Kraft Heinz ammonia refrigeration facilities. Minimum Qualifications: Familiar with Word and Excel software applications (AutoCAD experience is helpful) High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred. A minimum of five years’ working experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and associated PSM requirements is preferred. Working and technical knowledge of refrigeration and maintenance systems, equipment installation/startups and plant utility equipment is preferred. Experience working with vendors and contractors is preferred. Good interpersonal and team skills to function as a team member and leader. Organizational skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and leadership skills. Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Ability to use hands/arms to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Ability to work in all areas of the facility including hot and cold areas and be exposed to wet and humid conditions. Must be able to lift and or move up to 50 lbs. or more. Must have excellent vision, distant and peripheral, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, and ear protection is required. May work near moving mechanical parts, high and/or confining places. Responsibilities

The PSM Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the facility's Process Safety Management program and ensuring compliance with Kraft Heinz standards. This includes managing the Management of Change process, coordinating PHA meetings, and ensuring audit readiness.
