  • ABPI qualified
  • Strategic account management and planning experience with demonstable selling, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in multichannel plan setting and implementation
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership and accountability of results
  • Business acumen, with the ability to use sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge and passion for dermatology and scientific data agility is a big plus

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

The Psoriasis Account Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and maintaining a comprehensive account plan to achieve business objectives and meet pre-established targets. Essentially this role is about strategic prioritization and proactively bringing innovation into the business that has a wider impact with the same previous effort including:

  • Identify and realise business opportunities through strong data analysis using the Key Account Excellence framework to set and achieve objectives.
  • Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, using your environmental knowledge and relationships, combined with awareness of competing resources and compelling data insights.
  • Effectively navigate the NHS, thinking innovatively to understand which tools and channels will be most effective for customer engagement in prioritised accounts.
  • Contribute to your colleagues’ account planning by sharing your successes and learnings as well as through supportive challenge, so that we can learn quickly and succeed individually and as a team.
