AXA Partners Mexico (CDMX) is looking for a HR Analyst (PSP) to join our Human Resources team.
Dimensions of Role
Support clients in a timely manner with everything related to AXA’s organizational structure and have extensive knowledge of Global. HR tools to keep them up to date and reliable.
This position will be responsible for ensuring that all activities related to the administration of the various platforms in the area comply with the quality and timeliness of the information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients in a timely manner with everything related to AXA’s organisational structure and having extensive knowledge of global HR tools to keep them up-to-date and reliable.
  • Prepare and analyse necessary reports on metrics and KPI’s of the area.
  • Standardisation and analysis of reports that contribute to decision making in relation to talent management, organisational design and other HR processes.
  • Correct operation and maintenance of AXA HR global systems (Oracle (YES Core), Taleo (YES Learning), Group Directory, Neocase (My HR Portal), among others.
  • Manage response to employee concerns and delivery of information.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the process to propose alternative solutions, with the aim of adding value to the business and simplifying activities.

Your Profile

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or specialization in HR.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years within the shared services model.
  • Advanced level of English mandatory.
  • Desirable intermediate level of Portuguese.
  • Knowledge in Office and advanced Excel level (To be validated in the selection process)
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - (SAP, Oracle).
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ITSM tools (IT Service Management) – (SNOW, SILVA, OTRS)
