Limitless Care seeks for "PSP Tele-Educator" PSP Tele-Educator plays a crucial role in supporting patients on their healthcare journeys. You will be responsible for providing education and support to patients via telephonic and digital channels. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of patient needs and the healthcare system. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Experience from 0 to 2 years in PSP field. Lived closest to downtown. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Excellent computer and technology skills, including proficiency in video conferencing platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Empathy and compassion for patients. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Conducting educational sessions with patients via phone conferencing on various topics related to their specific conditions and medications. Answering patient questions and addressing concerns related to their treatment plans. Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients throughout their treatment journey. Monitoring patient adherence to treatment plans and identifying potential barriers to adherence. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health records systems. Staying current on the latest medical information and treatment guidelines.
