We are seeking to appoint a PSRB Compliance Administrator to join The Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing.
This is a growing Faculty working with several regulatory bodies. The External Partnerships Professional Services team provides support to academic staff, applicants, students, partners and external regulatory organisations to ensure that compliance requirements are met relating to Professional Statutory Regulatory bodies disciplines including (but not exclusive to) Nursing, Allied Health, Midwifery, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, occupational Therapy, Social Work, Sport, Psychology, Public Health, and Education.
Compliance adherence to university, faculty and Professional Statutory and Regulatory Bodies requirements are essential to ensure ongoing external regulatory approval for delivery of our courses.
You will be educated to A level standard or hold equivalent qualifications. You will have demonstrable administration experience with excellent standards of literacy and numeracy. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills always maintaining professionalism.
You will have sound knowledge and experience of working within regulatory frameworks to meet internal and external requirements and deadlines and you will also understand Disclosure and Barring Service regulations.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work sensitively and confidentiality on all aspects of your role and will demonstrative your ability of good planning and organisational to ensure deadlines are met.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the teams work remit. You will have previous experience of working with a student information system.
You will have excellent communication skills and customer service skills supporting staff, students and regulatory requirements.
