POSITION PROFILE:

Our Sales Department is looking for a Sales Representative who is committed to providing the utmost in customer satisfaction by providing service and reliability within a growth driven culture, then this role is for you.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Solid set of computer skills with MS office
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment industry
  • Product Support experience
  • A customer driven positive attitude
  • Team player with a positive and a proactive attitude
  • Self-motivated and driven for success
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell heavy equipment parts, undercarriage, major and minor components, shop services and a range of heavy equipment related supplies
  • Meet with equipment stake holders to provide value solutions and minimize downtime for their business
  • Provide point of contact for maintenance personnel
  • Participate in related association, tradeshow, and customer events
  • Must have the ability to generate sales via existing and targeted accounts and grow market share in the designated territory
  • Able to analyze sales reports and incorporate into sales plans and strategies
  • Able to generate sales via existing and targeted accounts and grow UTL market share in the designated territory
  • Willing and able to do weekly call reports and call planners
  • Other duties as assigned
