JOB DESCRIPTION

CareOnDemand is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable PSW Instructor (Reliever) to join our team on a temporary basis for the month of October. The Instructor will deliver the NACC-approved PSW curriculum to students, ensuring high-quality training that prepares them to excel in personal support work. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional and educator who is passionate about shaping the next generation of PSWs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the CNO (no restrictions).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in delivering the NACC PSW program.
  • Possession of GPA Coach Certificate (Module 13).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to engage adult learners in both classroom and lab settings.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as per the program schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver and facilitate the NACC PSW program curriculum in alignment with program standards.
  • Provide engaging, student-centered instruction and foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to students to support their success.
  • Ensure compliance with NACC guidelines and institutional policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Support students in developing both technical and professional skills required in the field.
