ZISS Health Corp.
We are a healthcare staffing agency in Ottawa hiring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide care and support in long-term care homes, retirement residences, and community facilities across the Ottawa region.
This is a casual position for PSWs who want flexibility and the ability to select shifts that work best for them.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (mobility, hygiene, meals, and personal care)
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Follow facility policies and infection prevention protocols

Requirements:

• Valid PSW Certificate (recognized in Ontario)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience in long-term care, retirement, or community care is an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
