QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current CNO registration in good standing and no practice restrictions.
• Minimum 2years of current, relevant Canadian clinical experience, preferably in long-term care, hospital, community, or chronic care.
• Minimum 2 years of previous teaching / Instructor experience is required in postsecondary education, preferably in a Private Career College or regulated academic setting
• Previous mentoring, or program supervision experience preferred.

ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated PSW Program Supervisor to provide academic leadership, mentorship to instructors, and compliance oversight for our NACC-accredited Personal Support Worker Program. The Program Supervisor ensures program quality, regulatory compliance, and student success while engaging directly with students and instructors through scheduled weekly instructional and mentoring sessions.
