JOB OPPORTUNITY: PART-TIME PSYCHOLOGY / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Virtual and In-Person Options Available)
Position Type: Part-Time
We are a warm and dynamic multidisciplinary children’s mental health clinic located in Ottawa, Ontario, currently seeking a Part-Time Psychology/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, efficient, and collaborative, with a passion for supporting mental health professionals in delivering quality care to children, youth, and families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative or psychology assistant experience preferred (especially in a mental health or medical setting)
  • Familiarity with Jane App and Google Workspace is a strong asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
  • Interest in child and youth mental health is a bonus

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to psychologists and therapists
  • Manage scheduling, referrals and and other client facing administrative tasks
  • Maintain and organized records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Assist with clinic communications, forms, and document management using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
  • Support clinic activities using the Jane App
  • Coordinate intake processes and follow-ups as needed
  • Support day-to-day operations of the clinic, both virtually and on-site
