PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION WORKER Full-Time | Benefits Eligible | Paid Time Off RHD YALE is a licensed community residential rehabilitation program serving eligible young adults between the ages of 18-22 requiring behavioral health support. Residents may also have a forensic history. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Workers (PRW) will work under the direction of the Psych Rehab Specialist to assist participants in choosing, acquiring, and maintaining the skills they need to successfully transition using skills-based and strength-based techniques.
