Our Psych Therapists enjoy: * Competitive Pay – $42/hr * Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance - 13 week Contract * Professional development opportunities, including CEUs and online training * Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University * Bonus Opportunities – Contract Completion / Referrals As a Psych Therapist, you will: * Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with inpatient clients * Assess patients’ mental health status and develop treatment plans * Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records * Provide crisis intervention and support during acute episodes * Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality regulations A few must-haves for Psych Therapists: * Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling Required. May have - LSW, LCSW, LMHA, LMHC, LMFA, LMFT * Active license with in the state of Indiana * 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility * Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team * Must be able to remain calm under pressure * Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly * Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility Why join Interim HealthCare Staffing?
