Job Title:  Advanced Practice Nurse Program:  Mental Health Adult Outpatient and Recovery Support Services Location:  700 Airport Road Lakewood New Jersey 08721 Position Type:  Full Time 40 Hours Salary:  $144,200.00 Job Description/Summary Provide Psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic impressions, and medication management under supervision of collaborating physician. Responsibilities * Conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations under supervision of collaborating physician. * Works effectively with the full spectrum of diagnostic disorders. * Demonstrates clinical expertise in psychotropic medication use, side effects and indications for symptom management. * Initiates and interprets diagnostic screening tools. * Demonstrates ability to identify changes and precipitants in the status of maladaptive symptoms and level of functioning. * Works effectively with the full spectrum of diagnostic disorders, including primary psychiatric disorders as well as co-occurring substance use disorders and MAT.  Competencies * Trauma informed approach to care * Ability to work effectively within a team environment * Coordinate services with multiple departments across the agency Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey and holds a Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Nursing or a related mental health field and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as either a Clinical Specialist in Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing or a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing Additional Requirements:  Bilingual a Plus Comprehensive Benefits Package: o Medical and Dental Insurance o 403(b) Retirement Plan o Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays o Disability and Life Insurance o Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account o Employee Assistance Program o Voluntary Benefits, such as Vision Insurance, Aflac, Pet Insurance o Training opportunities o Employee Referral Bonus program eoe
