Job Details Position Type: Contractor Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: $45.00 - $55.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Road Warrior Job Shift: Any Job Category: General Business Position Summary FTC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide nursing services across its campuses and units based on operational needs. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and prior experience in psychiatric or correctional settings, as well as experience working in a traveling RN capacity. RNs will deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing care in compliance with all applicable regulations, contracts, and FTC policies. Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in assigned psychiatric or correctional units. Work at either or both of FTC’s campuses and on any unit as requested by FTC. Adapt to varying clinical environments and patient populations. Comply with all FTC rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and attendance at all times. Observe and comply with all applicable state contracts and contractual requirements. Minimum Requirements Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as an RN in a psychiatric or correctional setting. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as an RN in a traveling capacity. Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and varying units/campuses. Work Schedule Scheduled for 12-hour shifts, alternating 36 and 48 hours per week. Required to work every other weekend. Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
