Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Flexible Part-Time Role (Hybrid)
Location: Milton, MA (Hybrid – up to 1 day/week remote)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring effectiveness and side effects
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling as part of treatment when appropriate
  • Deliver individualized care to your desired patient population—whether you have expertise in a specific group or want to expand your skills, our team supports your professional growth while ensuring high-quality care
  • Collaborate with therapists, NPs, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure holistic treatment
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options
  • Engage in telehealth visits as needed to expand access to care

Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts with prescriptive authority
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (IntakeQ)
  • Familiarity with psychopharmacology and psychiatric treatment modalities
  • Background in pediatrics, or developmental disabilities a plus
  • Strong patient assessment skills
