We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.    We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.  The Nurse Practitioner provides ongoing psychiatric nurse practitioner services for assigned Network180 patients based on a Collaboration Agreement with one (or more) Network180 Psychiatrist(s).     This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing * Graduate nursing degree (Master’s degree minimum) from a fully-accredited nursing program located in the United States * Licensed (active and unencumbered) in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse * National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner * DEA Certification or able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire * Registration with the State of Michigan as a Nurse Practitioner * Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred * Medicaid enrolled * Minimum of two years working  as a fully-licensed Registered Nurse. * Two years of experience as Nurse Practitioner, preferred * Satisfactory communication skills both verbal and written * Satisfactory interpersonal and human relations skills * Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use * Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders is valued but not required * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities * Ability to adhere to Network180 policies resulting from HIPAA privacy rules regarding individually identifiable health information concerning individuals served or employed by Network180 and credentialing       Job interviews are being conducted in person or via the internet. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
