Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Outpatient Montgomery, AL Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient team in Montgomery, Alabama. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position offering a structured schedule, supportive clinical environment, and strong earning potential. Position Highlights 100% outpatient psychiatry Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule Limited call: 1 night per week + 1 weekend per month Competitive compensation with bonus structure Collaborative, team-based care model with physician support Established patient base and strong referral network Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management Manage a consistent outpatient panel Collaborate with therapists and psychiatrists to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Why Ally Psychiatry?
