About Us:
Integration Health is a new integrative mental health clinic on Kauai blending psychiatry, psychedelic-assisted therapy (ketamine, Spravato®), and holistic wellness. Our mission is to expand access to transformative care in Hawaii through innovative, compassionate, trauma-informed treatment.
Role:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team. The NP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychedelic-assisted treatments. A telehealth consultation position is available, but candidates must reside in Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Administer/monitor ketamine & Spravato® treatments
• Provide telehealth consultations for Hawaii residents
• Collaborate with therapists and integrative providers
• Provide therapy for clients if not already established
• Provide preparation and integration for psychedelic therapy
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Hawaii APRN license with prescriptive authority (APRN-Rx)
• PMHNP-BC certification
• Residency in Hawaii
• 1–2 years psychiatric experience
• Telehealth experience - if applying for a remote position

Preferred:

• Experience with psychedelic-assisted therapy (ketamine/Spravato®)
• IFS (Internal Family Systems) training or certification
• Trauma-informed, integrative, or functional medicine background
• Psychedelic assisted therapy training/certification
• Personal experience in the field
• Active DEA license
