Revitalize Ketamine Clinic is seeking passionate, forward-thinking psychiatric providers to join our growing team in Northern Arizona. This is not a traditional psychiatry role—it’s an opportunity to be part of truly transformational medicine.
About Us
Since opening our first location in 2021, we’ve been dedicated to providing cutting-edge, compassionate, and sustainable care. We currently offer IV ketamine infusions with profoundly rewarding results, IM ketamine in KAP-style environments, Spravato/esketamine, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), medication management, psychotherapy, and deprescribing holistic programming.

• Interventional Psychiatry is the future of medicine, psychedelic type medicines must be delivered ethically and as harbingers of this treatment modality our organization must uphold the highest ethical values and keep our roots in evidenced based interventions and treatment plans.

We are also partnered with ROHCT Wellness Bar, which provides a holistic ecosystem including infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge, lymphatic massage, micronutrient therapies, and a thriving community space.
