Psychiatric Nurse | Brooklyn, NY | We’re hiring 2 experienced Nurse Managers to lead a Behavioral Health unit at a hospital in Brooklyn, NY. This is a direct hire / contract-to-hire opportunity with strong leadership impact and growth potential. ---------------------------------------- SCHEDULE: * Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Start: ASAP * Compensation: $100/Hr ---------------------------------------- DUTIES: * Lead daily operations of a psychiatric unit in collaboration with senior leadership * Oversee patient care, staffing, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives * Ensure adherence to DOH, JCAHO, and OMH regulatory standards * Drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction outcomes * Support staff development and maintain a high-performing clinical team ---------------------------------------- MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * RN license (NY) + BSN required (Master’s preferred) * 5+ years RN experience with 5+ years in psychiatry * 2+ years in leadership within a hospital-based psych unit (required) * Experience with NY Justice Center Department * Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance & quality improvement * BLS, ACLS, Crisis Management certification Please apply online and email BLS card to: allison.argueta@huckeyehealthcare.com
