We need a Psychiatric Technician to join our Residential Program (CRR) in Bethlehem, PA. The Psychiatric Technician will: * ensure the safety of clients at all times by completing safety checks and observing client throughout shift. * assist/monitor that clients complete and follow through with personal hygiene, up-keep of personal space, completion of daily chores, and cook/prep meal, etc. * transport clients to individual outings, meaningful outings, and doctor's appointments, etc. * complete electronic charting by end of shift daily. * attend staff meetings as scheduled. * assist Manager in shift coverage/mandating as needed. * observe residents taking prescribed medications. Earn $16.25 per hour OR $18.25 per hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay option! Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED * Must be 21 years of age. * Experience working with adults in a behavioral or mental health program preferred. * Valid driver's license required. * Must be able to work full time hours, Sunday through Thursday 3pm-11pm or 7ap-3pm Monday thru Thursday
