Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist (Arabic Speaker) to join our multidisciplinary team at Al Taie Center. The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of mental health conditions while providing a supportive and patient-focused experience.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Medical degree (MBBS/MD) with a specialization in Psychiatry.
  • License: Valid HAAD/DHA/MOH license or eligibility for licensure in Abu Dhabi.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Psychiatrist, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Familiarity with culturally sensitive approaches to mental health treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed.
  • Prescribe and manage appropriate medications, monitoring patient progress and potential side effects.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with medical and legal standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest psychiatric research, therapies, and best practices.
  • Support mental health awareness initiatives and patient education programs within the center.
