MPLOYIN is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi for an experienced Child & Adolescent Specialist (Psychiatrist).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of child and adolescent mental health disorders, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and medication management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, pediatricians, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide counselling and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical governance and Department of Health (DOH) regulations.

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Recognized Specialist qualification in Psychiatry with subspecialty training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Valid DOH/HAAD Specialist License or eligibility to obtain one (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric mental health conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
