Professional Care provides comprehensive medical & mental health care services throughout the state of New York. Correctional medicine is a unique, challenging, and exciting opportunity for today’s mental health professional in that it provides the ability to truly utilize all of your learned skills and knowledge on a daily basis. Correctional health care is the perfect hybrid of Outpatient and Inpatient Psychiatry, serving an often underserved and extremely diverse patient population. We are currently looking for a Full Time Psychiatrist to share time weekly working tele-psychiatry services with our mental health teams at facilities throughout New York State This is a 40.0 hour per week on tele-psychiatry services. Schedule will vary M-F normal business hours. To quickly summary some key points: Salary compensation is negotiable and commensurate based on experience, rate range: $300,000.00 - $330,000.00 Company-paid liability insurance (including tail) included, Medical, Dental, Vision etc offered. PTO / Sick Time and Floating Holidays included, Annual licensure reimbursement and more! Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine, specialty in Psychiatry. Board Certified or Board Eligible. Licensed to practice Psychiatry within the State of New York. Maintain current DEA Maintain current Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
