We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Full Time Psychiatrist to join our team at Rolling Hills Behavioral Hospital, a leading provider of acute inpatient inpatient psychiatric care and addiction treatment for adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and intellectually disabled patients.

Rolling Hills Hospital is located in the peaceful rural town of Ada, Oklahoma, approximately 85 miles southeast of Oklahoma City. Our 90-bed facility is situated on a serene landscaped site, which enables us to provide confidential care in a tranquil environment. It is this type of environment that sets the stage for the beginning of the recovery process.
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patients’ mental and emotional health, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure the medical stability of patients. This role is critical in delivering comprehensive mental health services, focusing on improving patient outcomes and promoting overall well-being. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required.
  • One or more years’ post graduate degree practice preferred.
  • Licensed in the state in which the facility(s) operate.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing clinical services to patients at the facility.
  • Practice within medical protocols defined by federal and state regulations, as well as by corporate, facility policy or procedures.
  • Review medical information on patients to ensure medical stability and to offer medical recommendations.
  • Evaluate patients for mental, emotional or behavioral disorders.
  • Treat or direct treatment of patients, utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and medications.
  • Review and complete medical information for individual care plans, documents services and information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidential documentation, compliance and billing in accordance with the policy and procedures
