POSITION OVERVIEW Provide medical leadership for outpatient psychiatric services within a mission-driven behavioral health organization. Balance direct psychiatric care with executive oversight, clinical supervision, and program leadership. Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and support consistent, high-quality psychiatric practice standards. Oversee psychiatric and substance use services while supporting trauma-informed, client-centered care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to improve quality, access, and continuity of care.
