Everything from equipment to decor is designed specifically for children. Responsibilities Blank Children's Hospital is hiring a PMHNP to provide support in a combination inpatient/outpatient role. Serve as a psychiatric hospitalist, providing inpatient care (including assessments, mediation management, and treatment planning), with the additional responsibility of seeing a limited number of patients in the outpatient clinic each day Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care coordination Join two physicians and two APPs in the clinic setting Patients range from ages 4-18 Qualifications Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa Eligible to work in the United States We offer: Signing bonus and a training stipend Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
