The post holder will be responsible in delivering psychoanalytic/psychodynamic assessment and psychotherapy to service users with highly complex conditions. In addition to direct clinical work, the provision of clinical supervision and training to less experienced colleagues as well as the consultation to other members of the community mental health teams are important elements of the role. Psychologist and Adult Psychotherapists provide key leadership roles within the Trust.
