This role will provide expertise to support the Psychological Health Team and will primarily support employees and contractors who are exposed to potentially graphic or objectionable content.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of Masters degree in psychology or related field
  • Hold accreditation/registration/practitioner status with the State or Governmental agency with responsibility for regulating the practice in their field
  • For US: Licensed as Psychologist, LCSW, LPC or equivalent
  • International: equivalent to US
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD
  • Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving skills and project management skills
  • Collaborative work style, and demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience working with minimum supervision and leading multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups, locations, and vendors
  • Demonstrated experience with organization skills and detail orientation
  • Experience in prioritizing your workload effectively, and working in ambiguous situations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctoral Degree in psychology or related field
  • Experience working in occupational health and safety
  • Experience in the tech and/or business process outsourcing industries
  • Experience in making applicable business decisions with compliance implications
  • Experience with strategic long-range thinking and planning in a quickly changing, uncertain environment
  • Experience working and collaborating in a cross-functional global environment including business functions and business segments
  • Prior experience with managing compliance for country-specific psychological health and safety risk assessments, primarily those in Ireland, Spain, and France
  • Flexibility to allow for cross-time zone and region collaboration
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with other teams to ensure alignment with safety and well-being standards for full-time employees and contractors who potentially engage with graphic and objectionable content as part of their work with/for Meta
  • Partner closely with the Strategy & Risk Lead to support the design, development and measurement of evidence-based psychological health programs for workers impacted by exposure to graphic and objectionable content
  • Advise and partner with business leaders to understand work impact and propose design solutions to team Program Managers
  • Be a trusted advisor to Employment Law, Human Resources Business Partner, Employee Relations and leadership teams
  • Conduct market research and leverage best practices from industry used to influence and drive the delivery of scalable, market leading programs
  • Develop and deliver a variety of wide-ranging psychological health workshops and trainings for both Individual Contributors and managers, including bespoke workshops as required
  • Provide consultation and coaching support to leadership in relation to sustaining employee/team well-being, particularly in response to acute and urgent situations
  • Create communication content, eg. (short) videos and posts, for internal communications on resiliency and mental health
  • Provide consultation and support for teams exposed to graphic and objectionable content
  • Be prepared to influence large strategic priorities and coordinate across all stakeholders (internal and external) as needed to ensure the right design, execution, communication and resources are in place to deliver the key milestones
  • Travel required for this role approximately 30%
