PSYCHOLOGIST

  • Location: Brisbane-based role with a mix of onsite clinic-based work and remote flexibility
  • Work Hours: Full-time or part-time - whatever suits you best! A minimum of 3 days a week
  • Pay & Perks: Competitive salary (pending on experience) + Optional revenue share bonus structure + Super + up to $1750 CPD Allowance + Paid in-house clinical supervision
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and personable Psychologist to join our team, delivering evidence-based early intervention services across our Brisbane onsite locations & clinics, with the flexibility to work from home too. Graduates who will have full registration by the end of the year are also welcome to apply!
This isn’t your typical 1-on-1 consult-heavy role - it’s a healthy mix of individual, group and organisation-wide work, all aimed at helping employees thrive. You’ll be part of initiatives that boost psychological safety and build happier, healthier workplaces. At Axis, you’ll get to flex your clinical skills and connect meaningfully with people, without being stuck in back-to-back sessions with time dedicated for supervision, session preparation and administration. You’ll be supported every step of the way by our Psychology Leads, Board Approved Supervisors, and a team of Psychs with diverse specialties and endorsement areas. You will have access to in-house clinical supervision as part of your salary package, plus group supervision and internal CPD sessions on top of a CPD allowance of $1750 per year. We can also support you with your registrar and gaining endorsement in your area of interest!
