Responsibilities

Inclusion Advisor Psychologists perform psychological assessments with students for various reasons using psychometric testing, observation and interviews with parents and teachers. Consultation, comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and short-term therapeutic interventions are provided to students learning, behaviour and personal/social competence concerns that may be having a direct impact on educational outcomes.
Various positions are available and will be based in the Darwin office, Palmerston office, Katherine office, Nhulunbuy Education office, Tennant Creek office and Alice Springs. Applicants for the Katherine office position may be able to request to be based in the Darwin office. Applicants for Tennant Creek positions may be able to request to be based in the Alice Springs office.
To be successful you will need a degree in psychology and registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
