JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to join our fast-growing, multi-disciplinary practice in Dubai. Established in 2012, our practice is expanding to include Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech & Language Therapy services.
The successful candidate will provide evidence-based psychological services to children, individuals, couples, families, and groups, helping clients address mental health challenges, improve coping strategies, and enhance overall well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Educational).
  • Valid professional license/eligibility for licensure with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Community Development Authority (CDA).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience (post-qualification).
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews.
  • Provide therapy and counseling for a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral concerns.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, or other appropriate therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with UAE health authority guidelines.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, or group sessions when required.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in psychology.
