We are seeking an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to improve workplace performance, employee well-being, and organizational effectiveness. The role focuses on applying psychological principles to hiring, training, leadership development, employee engagement, and workplace behavior. Key Responsibilities Design and implement employee assessment and selection tools Conduct psychometric testing and behavioral evaluations for hiring Analyze workplace behavior, motivation, and job satisfaction Develop training and development programs for employees and managers Support performance management systems and appraisal frameworks Work on employee engagement and retention strategies Conduct organizational culture and climate surveys Provide insights to improve leadership effectiveness and team productivity Assist HR in evidence-based decision-making Prepare reports and present findings to management Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred) Strong understanding of human behavior in workplace settings Knowledge of psychometric tools and statistical analysis Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work with HR teams and business leaders Experience (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles)
