POSITION SUMMARY

Life Matters Healthcare has been operating since 2021 across the Gold Coast region and has achieved a reputation of being down to earth, evidence based and heart-felt in providing psychology support. We provide support across the lifespan from children to older aged adults, where experience and innovative solutions are required. We also provide a mobile service, making support even more accessible meeting people in the community and via telehealth where required. We’re seeking a friendly and experienced contract Psychologist who values the freedom to run their practice their way – but also enjoys being part of a supportive team and happy to travel locally to meet clients where they are at - literally!

Our Psychologists are offered:

Please apply if:

• You can offer a minimum of two days per week. Availability during afternoon/evenings is also desirable
• You are eligible for medicare rebating (hold full Psychology registration with AHPRA as a minimum)
• Experience in the disability sector (NDIS) will be highly regarded
• You have a genuine passion for people!
• A willingness to work within a team
• Driving licence and vehicle and willing to travelto client locations across Gold Coast region
• Police check, working with children blue card, your own ABN and indemnity insurance required.

Whether you are just starting out in your career, or you are a senior clinician, we can accommodate you!

Those with an interest and/or experience in the below areas of practice will be highly sought after:

• Working within the NDIS sector
• Cognitive and Functional Capacity Assessment
• Child, adolescent, family therapy
• Cognitive assessment experience (not necessary and training can be provided)
• Working with complex issues from a holistic approach
