Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced and fully qualified Psychologist to support a participant in Loganholme who requires a compassionate and knowledgeable clinician for assessments and ongoing therapeutic support. This is a part-time contractor opportunity (1–2 days per week), ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people with complex needs in a private and flexible setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Psychologist working with this participant, you will:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and write detailed reports
  • Provide therapeutic support to address behavioural, emotional, and developmental challenges
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other professionals involved
  • Help develop long-term strategies to support skill-building, emotional regulation, and engagement
  • Travel to the Loganholme area to work in-home or community-based settings
