  • Ethical Practice: We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards, ensuring a safe and reliable environment for both you and your clients.
  • A Welcoming Space: Enjoy our cozy downtown Toronto office for in-person sessions. We also offer a competitive compensation package.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking dedicated professionals with the following qualifications:

  • A doctoral degree in professional psychology (e.g., Clinical, Counselling, School, or Neuropsychology) from a CPA or APA-accredited program, or the equivalent registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and professional ethics.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in your practice.
  • Experience working with adults is required; experience with couples, families, or adolescents is a significant asset.
  • Expertise in psycho-educational, ADHD, and autism assessments, as well as Independent Medical Examinations (IME) for disability and Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, or mindfulness.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including diverse race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and social class. We believe a diverse team enriches our practice and better serves our community.
