Role Description This part-time, on-site Psychologist role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual and group counseling, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support integrated care. The role also involves educating clients and families about mental health, participating in case discussions, and adhering to professional and regulatory standards. The Psychologist is expected to contribute to a safe, respectful environment that supports recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in clinical settings.
• Experience in Counseling and Mental Health support, including individual and group interventions.
• Competence in Psychological Assessment, including administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized tools.
• Relevant background in Medicine or healthcare contexts to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced degree in Psychology (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited institution.
• Valid license or eligibility for licensure/registration as a Psychologist in the United Arab Emirates, where applicable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work with diverse populations, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
