MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- you are a registered Psychologist in good standing in Ontario or are eligible (or will soon be eligible) for supervised practice in Ontario.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
You have:
- expertise in treatment, assessment, and diagnosis for children with complex behavioral and emotional difficulties.
- experience in counseling, training, and educational programming for children and parents managing complex behavioral problems.
- experience as a psychologist in a mental health/developmental services or related setting.
COMMUNICATION AND CONSULTATION SKILLS:
You can:
- communicate assessment and treatment information.
- use clinical consultation skills to coordinate and interact with various community agencies and professionals.
- prepare clinical reports and compile research findings.
- maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams and community agencies.
ANALYTICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:
You can:
- plan, organize, and conduct research and evaluation studies.
- coordinate and supervise psychological services.
- develop, supervise, and evaluate treatment and educational programs.
