Description

MAKE A REAL IMPACT AS A PSYCHOLOGIST WITH PENINSULA PLUS

Connection. Inclusion. Empowerment. Join a team where values come to life.
At Peninsula Plus, we believe that meaningful support begins with genuine human connection. Our work is grounded in inclusion, innovation, integrity, and community—because every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in ways that truly matter.
We invite psychologists who share our vision of creating a more connected and inclusive world to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

As a Psychologist at Peninsula Plus, you’ll provide meaningful, strengths-based support to children, young people and adults across diverse settings. You’ll play an important role in helping individuals achieve their goals through assessment, therapy, and collaborative planning.
Please note that we are unable to consider provisional psychologists at this time, but please review our website in approximately September - October 2025 for our Early Career Therapist Intake, beginning in January 2026.

This role involves:

  • Delivering neuro affirming, evidence-informed assessments and interventions
  • Working closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Collaborating with a passionate team of speech pathologists, OTs, allied health assistants, other specialist therapists and psychologists to co-create holistic supports
  • Contributing to group programs, clinical development, and community projects that align with your interests

What You’ll Bring

  • A recognised 4-year psychology qualification (Master’s preferred but not essential)
  • AHPRA registration as a psychologist (or provisional if eligible)
  • Ideally, 1+ years experience, but flexible for the right person
  • A desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a team that values reflection and progress
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + super + bonus structure
  • Professional development and career coaching
  • Travel reimbursement and equipment (laptop provided)
  • A genuinely warm, welcoming, and values-driven team
  • Flexible hours and varied caseloads to support your preferred way of working

Let’s Grow Together
If you’re ready to join a workplace that puts people first and celebrates progress—not perfection—we’d love to hear from you.
