THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Social Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Program Coordinator to lead vital mental health and wellbeing initiatives across remote communities. This is a unique opportunity to work on Country, build meaningful relationships, and deliver trauma-informed care that respects culture and community.

• Provide psychological assessments and therapeutic support to clients
• Travel to remote communities to deliver SEWB services and strengthen local initiatives
• Case manage clients and coordinate integrated care with other service providers
• Develop and maintain referral pathways to ensure access to essential resources
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver early intervention and treatment
