What you’ll do at OhioMHAS: Supervise psychology staff Plan, develop, implement, and administer psychological programs Establish procedures on delivery of psychological services Research and write policies Oversee administrative and clinical organization and operation of psychology services Monitor quality and effectiveness of services provided by psychology staff Consult with administration and staff Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars Formulate plans to implement education programs for psychology and hospital staff This is an hourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units, with a pay range of #16 on the E1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible Schedule/On call 24/7). Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will remain at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter. License to practice psychology in Ohio pursuant to Section 4732.09 and 4732.21 of revised code; 12 mos. exp. as a licensed psychologist; 1 course in employee trg. & development or 3 mos. exp. providing work direction & training or supervision to psychology students, assistants, or psychologists. Job Skills: Behavioral Health Required Educational Transcripts Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application.
