OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology ECT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and possess exceptional communication skills. This role focuses on educating young children while implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in behaviour management within an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with young children and their families.
  • A passion for educating young minds and fostering their development through innovative teaching practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning and classroom management.
