Location: Haverhill
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday (term time only)
Salary: £480 – £520 per week
Start Date: September 2025 – July 2026 (full academic year)

The Opportunity

  • Full-time role supporting secondary school students across various subjects
  • Ideal for graduates with SEN or youth mentoring experience
  • Mix of classroom support, small group sessions, and 1:1 interventions
  • Work closely with SEN, pastoral, and behaviour teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-class support to students
  • Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans)
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group academic and emotional interventions
  • Help develop resources and learning materials for targeted support
  • Encourage students’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing
