• Support class teachers in delivering lessons and helping children in the classroom
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions for students with SEN
• Assist students with an EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan)
• Offer pastoral care, ensuring that students feel safe, supported, and valued
• Plan and deliver tailored intervention sessions for students with Autism, ADHD, and other learning needs
• Support students with complex physical disabilities and challenging behaviour
