  • Ideally you will have a degree qualification in Health and Safety, Psychology and/or Health-related discipline

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a Permanent opportunity for a Psychosocial Risk Management Lead to join our close-knit team.
We are looking for a passionate health and safety or professional with a psychology background, with a keen interest in workplace psychosocial risks and wellbeing programs. We have a full-time position available, for an experienced and qualified person to support our Health and Safety team.

WHAT THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE

  • Design develop and implement a sustainable system that looks at Psychosocial risk across Water Corporation. Develop, implement a strengths-based approach to build leaders and employees’ skills and behaviours to manage these risks and enables them to thrive
  • Identify internal and external resources, key stakeholders, governance, communication plan and technologies required to undertake project implementation.
  • Facilitate an ongoing hazard and risk identification process for the Water Corporation’s Psychosocial Risk
  • Facilitate implementation of Psychological Risk Control Measures across WC including prioritizing initiatives and control measures, develop a psychological risk management plan, embedding governance structure to support the MH Champions role.
  • Support embedding and continuous improvement of a Psychological Risk Management Framework.
  • Support Mental Health and Wellbeing programs such as our MH Champions program with upskilling, coaching and mentoring to ensure its ongoing success.
